Elizabeth Katherine Rich. Flemon died in 1864. Quoted is letter from The Adjutant General's Office, War Department, Washington, D.C. dated 11 Sept 1934.
"The records show that Fleming H. Wyatt...private, Company I, 10 Regiment Texas Infantry, Confederate States Army, enlisted March 10, 1862, at Kimball.
He was captured at Arkansas Post, January 11, 1863, imprisoned at Camp Douglas, Illinois, and delivered for exchange to the Confederate Agent, at City Point, Virginia, April 10, 1863.
The muster roll of that company for March and April, 1864, last on file, shows him present, and no later record has been found."
